Hello everyone,

I wanted to take a second or two to thank the hundreds of you who have already subscribed to our grassroots art journal magazine project. Our goals with the magazines is to cultivate, showcase and develop an open discourse with our readers. In a way that is transparent & honest about our goals moving forward.

And for those of you who might have stumbled upon our efforts to spread our message using social media we say, welcome. We are a cultural incubator for creative ideas in art and design. Meaning our focus is to publish contemporary visual creatives in a way that is accessible and meaningful to our readers. Much like a traditional print magazine with monthly releases.

Our culture and goal is to spark a candid conversation as we keep adding articles from a growing network of creative professionals. As we get ready to publish our first issue during Comic Con 2013, entitle: The Beta Issue. And with continuing support post Comic Con with the release of an iOS magazine app with revenue options for those participating.

Cheers,

David S Concepcion | Editor

Sol LeWitt At The Park

Solomon “Sol” LeWitt (September 9, 1928 – April 8, 2007) was an American artist linked to various movements, including Conceptual art and Minimalism.[1]
LeWitt came to fame in the late 1960s with his wall drawings and “structures” (a term he preferred instead of “sculptures”) but was prolific in a wide range of media including drawing, printmaking, photography, and painting. He has been the subject of hundreds of solo exhibitions in museums and galleries around the world since 1965.
